It took a death to get fck ing stop signs?! Why isn't mcps evaluating each crosswalk and intersection within student walking zone of each mcps?

She was almost certainly in the cross-walk.

She wasn’t in the crosswalk. She was next to the bus. Both in the road, going the same way.
