I hate food named after people I don't know.

If I see "Rambo wings" or "Audrey Hepburn wings" - here I'm given a rough idea of what to expect in terms of flavor profile.

"Bob's wings" - Who's Bob? Does Bob make things spicy, mild, sweet? I get that I can read the description you provided, but I already don't like Bob and your restaurant.

Example: I’ll do the quince pie to start. Then I’ll do the grouse cheeks and ham, and for a pairing I’ll do the cab ‘97.

There was nothing wrong with “I’ll HAVE” or “I would like the grouse.” It worked for 200 years until millennials showed up

Where do you people live and eat that Sysco is everywhere? I've seen this other places but as a NYer currently in DC it's exceedingly easy to sus that out.

I don’t like cute names for the word “appetizer” or”starter”. Those are fine. But I can’t think of the cutesy changed names rn.

I’ve never seen this in my life!

Same and I've never seen "sando" outside of Japan. Where are you people eating?
I agree with the PP that I hate any iteration of "bite".
