Mags already whined " but he isn't American." Geography and US history are not mags' friends.
Not to mention the list actual foreigners playing the Super Bowl is long.
Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney etc etc
Sure, but all of their songs were sung in the official language of the U.S.

The 60th Super Bowl will be at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA.
Bad Bunny recently finished his record-breaking Puerto Rico residency on Sept. 21, closing out his 30th and final No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí show at San Juan’s iconic El Choli arena.
I sure hope not. I will not listen to his music nor watch his stupid halftime show; some organization had his music in the background as a face book story and I messaged them asking them to stop it.

Well, none of his songs are in English so . . .
And? It's like 10 minutes of your life. People need to deal. I don't speak Spanish but he seems like he would be super fun to see live. I'm looking forward to it.
I'm the poster who you're responding to, and my point was only that that poster doesn't need to "hope" that every song is in Spanish because they all will be. I'm a fan, moron. And I speak the language.

There have been several non-Americans who performed the last few years- Rihanna, Shakira. Did they complain about them?

Holy crap. I just looked up his discography, his first album was out in 2018. I don’t think people realize how rare it is for an artist having an album out in the past 20 years to sell millions of copies much less tens of millions. I guarantee most people could name their favorite modern bands and they probably only have a few hundred thousand album sales. Obviously because of streaming and things it’s very hard to sell albums. These kind of numbers are amazing. Super impressive.
