I will never have an uncluttered house. We're 4 people in 1200 sq ft and a basement. Very little closet space. I would love a larger house but my husband has hoarding tendencies and I'm afraid he's just going to accumulate more stuff.
My house will never look like some of my friends' houses that are just... empty. Like staged photos of homes for sale. Where is their stuff???

I am always winging it and cooking based on what I have hanging it around. Oh I have frozen chicken, let me take that out of the freezer and figure something out. Oh I bought rolls at the store, what can I do with these? Let's see...I have frozen meatballs. Meatballs subs it is. Every day this is me.

How is this difficult? Are you also the people who cannot figure out which is the inner and outer loop of the Beltway?
That’s me hi! I’m Mom of 3. Ivy degree. My brain is just like this. Luckily it also enables me to get highly specialized technical jobs that are wfh and pay very well. And so luckily I can afford weekly cleaners and laundry service for about $200 a week. The key is recognizing your weaknesses and setting up systems to account for them. I will however always have an unmatched sock basket I only sort through when necessary. My friend was shocked I had this. I had no idea there were people who don’t have one! Different strokes.

I agree with this. I see those videos with all the contouring and other colors used all over the face and then blended and I just don't understand. I'm 46 so I doubt at this point I'm going to try. I have a good powder foundation that works and I'm good.

I'm a mess in some areas, but my inboxes (work, personal, family, and two volunteer orgs that I head) are reviewed, emptied and sorted daily. I hate having any inbox or text notification.
