OP, I keep Madison Reed root touch-ups on-hand for when the grays emerge just a little too quickly. One of these days I'll bite the bullet and go gray, but not yet.

A lot of this is highly disordered advice. Bone broth for lunch? 2-5 pound weights? No, she needs to eat a full lunch and lift heavy.

Nope, you can keep your bones and muscle without hormones, plus what is your plan when you can't take it? You can't take it forever. Secondly, I can show you what it looks like when chemo affects your muscles. It's not risk free, and that is the current narrative, sadly.
