I would take food cooked by any Indian aunty in her kitchen without any hesitation. Mainly because of several things

- Probably Gujarati or South Indian. Super fastidious.
- They host a lot for large groups, and so are good in bulk cooking with the right infrastructure in place.
- Probability that have no pets at home is very high. Certainly no cats, birds, rodents or reptiles.
- Probably no smoking in the house.
- Kitchen gets cleaned every day
- Chances that they are vegetarian is high.

Cats are the least of my worries when it comes to unregulated kitchens. If you automatically jumped to cats instead of thr multiple other reasons to be concerned, it speaks volumes about you and your paranoia than it does about food safety.

It's as if people can't even have a complete thought.

There is no way I would get food on Facebook from a stranger cooking at their house. Zero. I dont even eat at potlucks with coworkers. Most peple are nasty and I don't trust that I won't get food poisoned.

This op start with the health department. There are laws about certified food handlers and I'm sure they're not. This is unsanitary.

I really wanted to try, so I went back to check for reviews. There were no reviews on the postings I was interested in. I didn't want to offend anyone by asking about food license, which is why I asked here. Anyway, I passed them, ordered from a restaurant and satisfied taste buds. Thank you
