Who hire community use groups who run after school programs. I dont see the difference except they are for profit and the scouts is not.
Do they discriminate based on religion?

Anonymous wrote:Scouts should pay. My sister was a girl scout in the early 2000s in FCPS and they had to pay to use the space. That is why one of the leaders started hosting meetings at her house. Most Boy Scout troops meet at local churches and they pay to have their meetings there. Why shouldn't FCPS go back to charging for space? Other orgs do it. Pay or just host it at a home.
