So many replies asking how you’re even seeing it. For some of us, it is visibly hanging out. I personally have looked into a labiaplasty because I’m tired of tucking my labia back in so I can sit comfortably, ride a bike, etc. I should not have to live like that.

Oh, and I was offered a rectopexy by one urogyn and declined. Prp very much improved my obstructed defecation symptoms, as did a PT who moved my tailbone back into place.

I think (from reading a surgery note) that miklos does site specific fascia repair and then a levator plication to reinforce the repair/act as the vaginoplasty, although he may have very different recommendations for someone with bilateral avulsion.
