Many countries don't do the same.
For example, Justin Trudeau's party won fewer votes than the Conservatives, but Trudeau ended up as prime minister with a larger majority.
In Britain, Conservatives were absolutely destroyed despite Labour having its worst showing ever by popular vote.

Both NYT and Washington Post have editorials recently complaining about this. NYT has a Harvard Law professor stating judges are the ones defying court orders, while WP complains about a judge ruling against Congress's defunding Planned Parenthood.

The Dems will not do the same. There is no way Dems take back the house ever.

Texas is red as can be. They vote in Ted Cruz and Abbott. I do not think most Texans care about anything except voting for a republican. Remember when Cruz was on vacation and Texans were dying in the cold because of the power grid? They still voted for him. The flood won’t make a difference.

Seriously do you think the Dems would do it? I do not.

Yep this guaranteed five more seats for the Republican.
And Ted is up in arms because California may redistrict too.
