I recently discovered them and have ordered several pieces of 1950s American manufactured all-wood furniture. All reasonably priced, including the delivery fee. Less expensive and better made than a lot of newer furniture.

Bed from amazon. They are much stronger that Ikea ones. Desk and drawer used from marketplace.

Why not? It’s a good way to get solid wood furniture. The newer stuff is 90 percent garbage unless you’re buying Amish furniture or Hardwood Artisans.


I'm with you. I have gotten such great things from facebook marketplace and thrift stores. And the vintage furniture is SO much better quality than the newer stuff.

Why not? It’s a good way to get solid wood furniture. The newer stuff is 90 percent garbage unless you’re buying Amish furniture or Hardwood Artisans.
