That's not how it works, buddy. That doesn't let ICE off the hook.
It is when you play stupid games:
DHS said its agents were not responsible for the man's death, saying that "although he was not being pursued by law enforcement, this individual climbed up to the roof of a green house and fell 30 feet." Agents immediately called for a medical evacuation, DHS said.

I can understand fighting against ICE snatching people without criminal records off the streets in unmarked cars and masks. That’s anti-American and wrong. But this is a pot farm that has children, and not even older teens, laboring in terrible circumstances.
Why are you upset about this raid? These are the people who should be raided if our immigration laws are to have any meaning at all.
Many Republicans have repeatedly suggested that Medicaid recipients should be working on farms. 47.5% of Medicaid recipients are children. https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/program-information/medicaid-and-chip-enrollment-data/report-highlights
So it seems genuinely perplexing that you have such a huge problem with migrant children working on farms yet no problem whatsoever with disabled US born children working on farms.
Or do you actually not care about children working on farms, you are just concern-trolling and using this as a phony and disingenuous attack on Democrats?
If you ACTUALLY care about children you would't be supporting Republicans for their stance on Medicaid.
I’m not a Republican. And obviously I’m opposed to disabled children working on farms. I’m opposed to any child working on farms, except for children working on their own family farms in a limited capacity outside of school as I did as a child. But twelve-year-olds should not be picking cannabis on a farm regardless of political persuasion.
You can’t get out of what you are defending here. It’s not right. You are in the wrong here.

I’m not a MAGA at all. I’m not even a republican.
Nobody believes you, nor the last several times you said it.
You claim you are not MAGA yet you are totally fine with everything ICE is doing.

Dozens of migrant-rights activists faced off with federal agents in rural Southern California on Thursday. It was the latest escalation of President Donald Trump's campaign for mass deportations of immigrants in the U.S. illegally.

This man was killed by ICE agents. Will they be held responsible for murdering this person? Will there even be an investigation?

This. And if a man there wants to climb a building and fall off, it’s not anyone’s fault but his own. Certainly it isn’t the fault of the people who go there to try to enforce our laws. We live in a civilized country and part of that is law enforcement. Otherwise we wouldn’t bother to have laws at all.
In a civilized country, law enforcement identifies itself.

Not only will there be no repercussions but Trump will give them the Presidential Metal.
How long is the statute of limitations for murder?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:He tripped in a ditch and hit his head. Not ICE.
Actually, he fell from a roof.
“this individual climbed up to the roof of a green house and fell 30 feet”
Sounds like he wasn't "killed" but that he died by falling off a roof while trying to evade ICE.
This is not ICE's fault at all. What was this man thinking?
Seems to me that ICE created a chaotic, uncontrolled situation, which DOES make it their fault.
Seems to me that this farm was hiring illegal aliens AND unaccompanied CHILDREN which is against the law.
Why are you so opposed to enforcing the law... especially when it comes to child labor laws?
Where did I say I was opposed to enforcing the law? I am opposed to enforcing the law in a lawless, uncontrolled, chaotic and destructive way, not opposed to enforcing the law.
Why are you opposed to having an honest conversation without spin, strawmen and deflections? Why are you opposed to accountability and expecting better from our law enforcement? DARVO, that's all you have?
How exactly are you proposing to enforce the law against a farm that illegally employed children without entering the farm?
