Stop eating. Only eat healthy small square meals. It is simple. Not easy but simple.

No. It’s not that simple

It is simple. There were no fat concentration camp victims. Calorie restriction works all the time, every time.

Yes, but you have to be locked away in a concentration camp for that to work. In real life, there are grocery stores, fast food joints, parties, happy hours, temptation everywhere!

You are on to something here. Fit people typically do not go to fast food joints, happy hours, or parties that are centered on calorie intake. So yeah, if your real life HAS to include that stuff, sure, you're gonna have a bad time.

Or you could just eat like an average non-American and move your body some.

Actually fit people do go to those things but they eat and drink judiciously. OP will need to learn what that means. And how to deal with fod pushers at these events.

OP, I've been on tirzepatide for about 18 months now. I've lost (as of this morning) 85 pounds. I have not exceeded 7.5 dosage.

For many months now there are weeks at a time where my weight doesn't change, or it drops 3-4 pounds then up 3, then stalls. Then drops 3-4 pounds then up 2, then stalls. Etc... There are times when I feel like the pace is glacial and I get discouraged. Then I take a step back. I have managed steady weight loss, while eating healthily (and what I choose) without feeling deprived. I've stayed on a low dose with minimal side effects, while not having to feel like I have to obsess over every calorie I put in my mouth.

I may lose another 5-10 pounds before I start trying to titrate down a bit and just shoot for maintenance. And it may take me 6 months to lose the last 5-10 and I'm determined to be ok with that.

Hang in there! Go up a bit in dose if you want to lose more quickly, remember you're in it for the long haul and it's ok if you take your time. (It's perhaps even advisable in terms of skin elasticity, maintaining protein levels, etc...)

Good luck!

Just loving food so much you cant stop eating or stay stopped isn't just loving food.
I know.
No love for 12 Steps on DCUM but I lost a lot of weight at 28 after being morbidly obese from age 5 and have kept most of it off over 40 years.

Same. Lost 145 pounds 32 years ago. Www.foodaddicts.org

Same OP. I’ve lost 20lbs on Wegovy and am now stuck. I had about 30 or so to lose so I want that extra 10 off but it feels like Wegovy has stopped working. I’m on 1.7 and my dr is reluctant to push it up a level. I may just need to eat super clean and up the workouts to get this going again.
