All men do not commit violent crimes, but if I see 4 men coming down a street at 2 am I am going to avoid them 100% of the time over 4 women because the ratio of violent offenses committed by men compared to women is sky high.
The same can be said of Section 8 participants. It’s a numbers game and data and logic aren’t always politically correct.

This was my first thought too as I read your post (and title too!!)
Why do you have to categorize them as Section 8/voucher recipients??
How is this relative to the havoc that they are causing in your neighborhood??
Are Section 8 recipients a monolith now or what? 🤔
Section 8 status is relevant as a legal matter if/when the landlord tries to evict. You’re either being purposefully disingenuous or are very dumb.
Can you describe how it would be relevant? I know a good amount about tenant/landlord law, and am not sure how it would be something that comes up during an eviction proceeding.

So there aren't any gun charges. Landlord would have zero cause for eviction then unless rent not being paid. Couldn't evict even if they wanted to.
