So we should tell kids they need to be nice now. But when they grow up, they can be as mean as they want?

You can’t see where it is bad practice to call those people with nukes and military stupid? And go on tv saying they don’t know what the F they are doing?

"What would an elementary school student think?" is not my first concern when the US is dealing with national security issues. That is a bizarre metric.

Go round up your children and tell them all about Watergate and how it caused Nixon to be forced out of office. You will get a blank stare and probably a response such as, “And? Then what?” Because today, Watergate would barely make the news cycle. He certainly would not have been forced out of office for it. This is how far we have fallen.

+1

How much time was spent on "But her emails" and yet signalgate was nothing but a blip for MAGAs.

You mean being a bully? Got it. Thankfully in general this tactic isn’t accepted by most in society.

He's a generational phenom. "Most of society" aren't on his talent level.

He's really talented at resentment and destroying things. So's my toddler.

He’s that loud, obnoxious customer with bad eating habits at a restaurant you really like who ruins everyone else’s dinner bleating verbal abuse at the overworked waitstaff and thinks he’s funny and has a right to be an a$$hole because he paid $500 for a bottle of wine.

But he’s not. Everyone can’t, wait, for, him, to, leave.

So when Trump says, “Oh, it’s you. You’re really stupid and fake news. But go ahead and ask your stupid question,” and they respond with, “Thank you Mr, President…” Just no. Don’t thank someone for humiliating and insulting you. They just need to stop showing up for him. Let him talk to his maga reporters/echo chamber.

Totally agree OP! And yet, you have MAGAs posting here calling you names. Also, they can't resist "whatabouting". Our country is over.

Just wasted billions of tax dollars on his failed DOGE experiment. Yes, a phenom. Because we’re now hiring back many of the professionals he let them fire. And that costs money. (Because knowing exactly what the letters in “NNSA” stand fir should be a requirement before firing employees of that agency, but hey, I guess the bros meant well?)

Not to mention, coming up with mean nicknames, insulting, shoving, bragging, whining, and bullying--basically pre-school behavior and early elementary behavior.

Why don’t you try his tactics at your job? With your neighbors? While you travel?

This. For anyone wondering, it is not disrespectful to question if our military are being forced to put their lives at risk for worthwhile missions.
