I do not keep either in the bathroom bc how does one clean them after use? Are guests supposed to use them and then put them back dirty, in their receptacles? How would I know that they have used them so that I can take them down to the basement to soak/clean in the utility sink?

Not PP, but there's no issue -- they just aren't used very often. I probably haven't needed a plunger in 5 years.

Gross I never even had toilet cleaners until covid when I had to not have cleaners for a while. They brought their own.
