Fox is not a news network. Fox is a Republican propaganda outlet.
ABC News is a legitimate news organization and cannot allow its journalists to demonstrate bias. Journalists sacrifice their right to opinion on exchange for being credible providers of facts.

DP. The people cannot override the constitution with an election. By his engagement with the insurrection, Donald Trump is disqualified from office.
Trump was never charged or convicted of insurrection, so your point is moot.
He doesn't need to be charged or convicted. The Fourteenth Amendment has been used without those, for other people.
The constitution is not moot, constitutional questions can always be brought up at any time, even well along.
