I have lost over 100 pounds using Zepbound. My standard cycle involved 2-3 pounds, plateauing for a while (maybe gaining a pound or two), and then dropping 5 pounds. And then the cycle would start over again. It was like I had to lose, gain, and then drop back before my weight settled into the next 5-pound increment. I just kept doing what I was doing when I gained a few pounds and never got frustrated (something I was unable to do before Zepbound). Good luck!

You probably only need 400-500 calories a day. Be ok with just eating very little. It’s fine, it won’t kill you.
