Anal would NOT feel great with period cramps and diarrhea. do you do that just because you are squeamish about blood? It’s hard to imagine how it would be a more comfortable option.


I don’t get diarrhea with my period. We have vaginal sex if it’s not too heavy and I’m off to it. I do like anal sex and don’t mind it on my period. An orgasm helps relieve my cramps.


With or without DH, an orgasm or two usually shortens my period a day or two.
