It was the third test rocket to experience sudden unscheduled whatever. This is a problem for him. As noted in the article. It was a test rocket— that was not supposed to blow up. The word “unscheduled” in his BS refusal to use the word explosion tells you this.

Test rockets still cost money, do they not? A test rockets "rapid unscheduled disassembly" still causes a debris field that requires clean up, does it not?
