With who?
Maybe 2 ECNL clubs combined make a decent club
Must of forgot that FVU is the result of two ECNL clubs. McLean Union and Fairfax Brave. Did any teams improve after the merger?

Which club would you say has the highest odds? Asking for a friend

And a crappy girls team!
they aren’t developing thats the issue. I know all 3 coaches mentioned, they have a very low IQ in terms of IDing kids who work as a team. Everyone of the teams accept 1 age group needed a complete roster flip. They didnt do that.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:well havent heard that. But there boys side is god awful. ECNL has expectations. Bad news is kieran gene and tyler did nothing to improve it. They have no idea how to ID players who are talented with soccer IQs who will work as a team.Anonymous wrote:What does that mean?
Isnt the boys side of all ECNL in area God awful? This is nothing new
Yeah not quite, but FVU is particularly bad. I guess this kind of explains why FVU is now a combination of like 5 different clubs. Looks like they are desperately searching for some help and answers.
That's silly. The feeder club thing is just a marketing gimmick. They take whoever shows up to tryouts without regard for the "alliance".

Correct and the only new teams with decent boys programs (Herndon and Villarreal) won’t save them. That won’t even have a chance to be on the onion until Fall 26. By then, the onion might just be peeled.
Tell me you are a keyboard warrior with no kid in the program. If you have seen/watched/been to training over the last few months, more than a handful of the boys started training with them through the rest of the Spring
Records speak for themselves. Especially losing records.
Development. Not Win-Loss. You are the problem.

How are kids developing when most age groups can’t even start winning towards the end of the year? That’s not development, if anything maybe kids are getting discouraged.
Development requires the club to focus on 18 kids max, maybe a few more at other older age group. Not pack 23+ kids starting the youngest age group, that’s just not right…
