I think some men do like this look but my observation is that the crazy look starts off slowly. For example, there's a mom in our neighborhood who is 37...giant fake boobs, a little filler, botox. While I think the giant fake boobs on display look ridiculous (and out of place at the little league game), objectively, she's young, in shape and she looks great. The problem is, I don't think all that plastic ages well and perimenopause does a number on most women. My point is, what looks good at 37 can look cray cray at 47 and cosmetic procedures are a slippery slope, once you start it's hard to get off that train.
