The US is incredibly clean compared to most of the world.

It is getting worse now because the world is coming to America and because America no longer believes in enforcing laws.

Try dumping your garbage by the side of the road in Tokyo, Singapore, or Seoul… they will find you.

Guess which cities are clean.

Consider lobbying for — or having HOAs pay for — bulk pick up days. At least some people would participate if they had this as an option.
