Take it with a grain of salt as we've been married almost 20 years, but we did two Singita properties on our honeymoon and I was absolutely blown away. Everything was absolutely impeccable and spectacular - literally can't think of a single flaw, and we used to be serious luxury travelers before kids and covid. We booked directly!

Singita is great. But absolutely not superior to everything listed here. Definitely not superior to all Asilia properties.

I stayed at one Asilia and 2 Singita - yes, Singita was miles better.

No, that was me. I find that other forum very helpful for luxury travel?
And tried several safari operators. Singita is hands down the best. And probably the most expensive.
But the very best.
My opinion - and there is a lot of advice out there for luxury African safaris. Everyone tries to upsell you on weird combos. Trust that you know what you like.
Do a LOT of research.

So just googling, it looks like that would be about $30,000 for a week for a family of four, plus airfare? Is that about right?

unlike other operators, if you book directly through singita, kids under 16 (or 15 - can't remember) are 50% off. But if you book through a 3rd party operator, they won't pass that savings on.
Contact their reservations email with your dates and they'll put together a proposal?

Are you looking for Serengeti/Tanzania? Their properties there are OUTSTANDING. I'd split time btw 2 and they can drive you btw them. What time of year?
