Why wouldn't you want a photo of the flowers?

To show you what they got to make sure the order is correct.

This! I think it is sweet. The person wants to show you what they look like. I have a grown nieceif Down Syndrome who always makes a big deal of showing her appreciation by sending the pics. She has so much joy about it that it makes my day.

This. Do people not remember that mother's day where these gorgeous looking online bouquets arrived basically dead from one of the major retailers? It was a thing. Florists can cheap out a ton so it's polite to send a pic so the purchaser who thought they sent a 170 dollar arrangement knows you ended up with that and not a 6 dollar bunch of daisies from Trader Joe's. Because that DOES happen.

+1 When I was younger, I spent $100 (a lot to me at that time) on flowers for my mom. We even discussed specific flowers for the bouquet. They sent her the $25 bouquet.

I never used them again. But even now I'll still only order the least expensive bouquet since that's likely what will be delivered anyway.

I'm not one of those weird people taking pics of everything, but I do take pics of flowers I receive every single time. A) I want you to see how beautiful they are. B) So you have proof of receipt. C) To show my gratitude.

I also appreciate it when the recipient sends me a photo. I sent my cousin flowers after her mom passed, and I was furious that they did not look at all like the photo. The photo was proof that the company would not be used again.
