Obama was the deporter in chief and had not problem with actions like these. I voted for Obama twice and have no problem with this either.

Why would you think they weren't arresting criminals before the task force was created? The combined resources of the federal and state law enforcement entities are a force multiplier.
If you want know about VA arrests before the task force spin up that information is readily available.
These task forces existed well before Trump. I know because I work with them in the 2007-2015 time frame. The difference is that due process was a thing back then.

“Thanks to the brave men and women of our federal and state law enforcement, more than 500 criminal illegal immigrants, including more than 130 gang-members, are off of Virginia’s streets and facing justice for their crimes,” said Governor Glenn Youngkin. “All Virginians should be proud that our State Troopers and Corrections Officers are a part of this incredible team of over 200 law enforcement officers. I am grateful for the leadership of President Trump, Attorney General Bondi, Secretary Noem, Director Patel, and Acting Director Lyons. What’s happening in Virginia is a model that should be replicated all across the country.”

You are gullible and will believe any line of sh** coming out of Youngkin’s mouth. Sad.
PP here. I guess you didn't read the bolded. I'm not hoping my breath that this group of "criminal illegal immigrants" was screened any more closely than the group shipped to El Salvador, but I hope they are. And I hope they receive due process. Hopefully the press is investigating so some light is shed on the process.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Criminal illegal immigrants? So we have known about them and just ignored them? Or were they serving time? Or have they been convicted of having tattoos and wearing hats? How can we know?
They were identified and arrested by a combined federal and state task force.
This task force is made up of trump goons and I do not trust them as far as I could throw them! They are the criminals.

Anonymous wrote:Being here illegally is enough to be deported. It was made clear in the campaign that criminals would be prioritized but that doesn't mean anyone here without authorization will get off scot free.
Where are you all even getting the idea that non criminals wouldn't be deported ? Let's start there. Or maybe start with the definition of "prioritizing" and what it does and doesn't mean.
