Yes. Members are part of MCEA. There needs to be an updated MOU to cover whatever programmatic differences there are at MBLI, but they haven’t started negotiating that yet. This is part of why MCEA sent the caution to teachers in April.
Gotcha. So teachers are unionized but may not have the same salary/conditions as those who pro for MCPS?

Based on other video didn't they work with the Unions and MCPS to already establish those terms?
