DP. He would get Due Process if he were in the U.S. But he's not.
Some administrative errors cannot be fixed if a sovereign country is involved.
So as long as he can get a plane into international airspace before anyone can get the courts to act, whoever is inside will be El Salvador’s problem.

People don't have to be saints to be afforded human rights. Due process is a foundational aspect of this country and its constitution. Deciding we don't care about it now is a complete reversal of all of US history, and is an authoritarian move. No question about it.
+1 in other words, to be clear, those against due process, you would have supported Hitler years ago. For the record, you do not have to be advocating for concentration camps or mass extermination to still seem like an unethical Nazi with similar morals, or lack thereof.

It’s almost like you guys never heard of Andrew Jackson. The judiciary is meant to be weak. You just like all powerful activist judges. No judge should have the power to just grant permanent residence because he feels sorry for someone.
The gangs were defeated years ago, this guy and his ilk should have returned at that time. But they didn’t, because they never were actually running away from gangs in the first place.

The Trump administration is defying the Supreme Court. We are no longer a nation of laws when the Supreme Court has lost its power. The system of checks and balances so carefully created by our Founders is gone, and every American, including all you MAGAS, should be worried about it. The guy's underlying guilt or innocence is beside the point - there was a court order preventing his removal to El Salvador. The Trump Administration admits it made a mistake when deporting him. They should follow the law. If they want to bring him back and deport him lawfully, they should have at it.

They tell Trump, not the El Sal President. They also declare that sending people to El Sal is cruel and unusual punishment and against the law and a shut down further efforts to send people there.
