I do a curry dish with fried garlic, add about 3/4 tablespoon of Badia curry in pan in oil a minute, add about 3/4 can of coconut, and can tomato paste, simmer 15 minutes, add paneer few minutes. Serve over rice. TJs sells a lot of sauces in jars. Its probably good cold too in salads.
You can also do spaghetti fritatta. Its adding a bunch of eggs and some cheese to spaghetti, bake, then slice like pie.
Special K loaf. Theres lots of variations online. Its basically a 10 ounce box of special K cereal, 1.5 lbs of cottage cheese, fry 3/4 onion, 1 cup of ground unsalted pecans in blender, 4 eggs. bake in a casserole 45 minutes at 350 degrees. adding 1 tablespoon of Braggs liquid amino acids makes more flavorful too.
Your ideas are revolting.

First I've heard of this - most studies are consistent on this. More Raw Plants in your diet the healthier you are.

NP. It makes me ill. So it’s bad for me. Also highly processed. I’d rather eat edamame.

Spending hours per day planning vegan food and shopping at specialty store def ages you, like we don’t have demanding jobs!

I eat a mostly plant-based diet and getting enough protein to support my heavy weight lifting and fitness goals has been a struggle; there are only so many beans I can eat, haha. I do eat some occasional fish and "regular" dairy sometimes, which matters because right now Greek yogurt is a big protein source for me, but I want to expand from that. There are a number of plant-based protein shakes that are good and also help, but I need ideas for food as I can't just drink protein shakes all day. Any ideas?
No one in America "needs" more protein. But if you really want to get protein--go to McDonalds, KFC, Panda Express, Wendys, Chipotle, like every other American.
