Fourteenth Amendment:
"nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law..."


The Supreme Court has consistently held that the protections of these amendments apply to all people within the borders of the United States, regardless of their immigration status.  

For example, Plyler v. Doe (1982):
Supreme Court ruled that undocumented children have the right to a free public education. Highlights the broader principle that undocumented individuals are entitled to constitutional protections.  
Quotes: "The Fourteenth Amendment provides that no State shall 'deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.'"  

and

"the benefits of this provision are extended to all persons within the State's territorial limits."

 



Your mistake is MAGA doesn’t think “those people” are human. They’ve been brainwashed by Trump, Miller, Musk, and Homan into thinking they’re all subhuman. I’m sure we will hear about gas chambers at one point in the near future. Congress, of course, co-signs with their silence.

I recoommend that you go re-read the Constutition. Spend a little extra time on the Fourteenth Amendment and the Fifth Amendment.

You don't get how advertising that crime doesn't pay could make a country appealing?

And what's in it for them sees to be a suddenly functional country. Despite all the complaints from the usual suspects the country is actually nice to live in for the first time in generations.


It always starts out that way, but then, someone doesn’t want to give up power, martial law, curtailing of rights for all but a few and things quickly slide downwards for all.

He is an American (with Japanese Ancestry) and I highly doubt that you would be making this comment if he were an American (with European Ancestry). You would even have this thought and say that an Italian American is glossing over the atrocities of Mussolini.
