Field was not originally on our list but our educational consultant suggested it since we were looking at Gds and Burke. It quickly became our number one – and even before we left the initial tour, our kid was like I want to go here. We honestly didn’t know too much about it before touring and were really impressed. I’m sure that is not everyone’s experience of course, but it was ours and we’re thrilled when our kid was accepted last year.
Why did you choose it over Burke? We’re accepted at Burke, but holding out for an acceptance here. By holding out I mean, we’ve paid the deposit, but if we get into Field we’ll forfeit and accept at Field. Loved Burke, but we’ve been in an ultra small school before and socially it works until it doesn’t. Way too easy for a child to be isolated. In a bigger school, we feel like our child would have a chance to migrate to different social groups and a falling out with one doesn’t mean a falling out with half the grade
Is Field bigger than Burke?

Not much talk on the board about it. Do we need to donate a library to be taken seriously?
I'm guessing you're on the waitlist because you're not full pay. They take ev who is full pay and has a pulse. They need the $$$!!!
