I wrecked my back deadlifting 250 lbs. Between 220 lbs that's nothing for deadlift. I am 5'11, 155 lbs and was deadlifting 250 lbs.
I started doing yoga recently. My instructor is an older lady she has to be 70. However if any woman looks like her at 70, she would be very very happy. This woman looks great. And she still has well shaped buttocks, well defined and and traps at 70. She is my inspiration to keep doing yoga.
I wish I could sleep with her too lol. And I am recently divorced but nah I'll keep it professional. And she is a very nice lady too. But whoever her boyfriend or girlfriend is they surely have one heck of a healthy partner.
And I'll add yoga is amazing. I thought I was flexible. Wrong. Years of weightlifting don't prepare you for yoga. Sure they prepare you for fitness but the flexibility that yoga requires a lot of men don't have it.

If all you have to offer is fitness, unfortunately you're out of luck. These women want smart, funny, fit, good looking, and potential - you don't have to earn big now but you should have bigger goals than a tight ass.

I on the other hand don’t do those things and work out daily/run/yoga. It’s easy to be hot at 24….but without discipline/a regimen, not so much at 35…so I am concerned about her future.
I’ve tried to go on dates with more “fitness/wellness” types - you know, the Pilates/yoga/run club (some combo of that daily) , more basic….but seem to get no interest from that crowd.
My assumption is while I am fit I’m not fit enough for them or I’m not rich enough for that crowd.
Thoughts?

220lbs is a super lame deadlift unless he weighs 100lbs. Don't take my word for it. https://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/deadlift/lb
Intermediate deadlift is 1.5x bodyweight. I weigh 160lb and deadlift 400lb and I can safely say that I am not bragging because that is nothing special. I'm just an ordinary middle of the pack guy at the gym. Your yoga buddy is disconnected from reality if he's not embarrassed by his pathetic lift.
Well, this type of talk would get you axed from any dating list I might have. You sound like a jerk.
Sorry to bring the receipts on your yoga f buddy. Not saying don't sleep with him. Just saying it's a weird flex for him to brag about how bad he is at lifting.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I'm sleeping with my yoga instructor. He's hot. He does Ashtanga and weightlifting. The fitness types are neurotic. You don’t wanna date them.
