Nobody has ever asked me about any of this. Also debt free. But I would definitely judge a middle aged person getting parental help as an adult. It's infantilizing. I would judge that more than someone on their own struggling to pay bills and doing the best they can.

Uh yeah. We have more money than we know what to do with and no one has ever asked us anything related to our finances. Just don't talk about it if you don't want to.

This is so bizarre. I’m not rich (nor poor), but I don’t have any debt besides my mortgage and also buy my cars in cash. I don’t think this is quite the flex you think it is? Who cares if you don’t have a car note or thousands in credit card bills?

She does need it. That's the point. But she thinks that she deserves it and no one else does. Hence this super tone deaf post.

Sounds like you have a crappy job and only work it because you get handouts from your parents.

I fail to understand how you would ever be in any sort of situation where you might discuss these sort of matters.
