If your DD doesn’t care about playing in college no problem. She can have a fun time at any club. But if she MAY want to play in college, there is no better option to keeping that door of opportunity open than playing for an ECNL team.
College coaches want to remain employed and they can only do that if they can identify and recruit the best talent—like any good company. ECNL is their deepest talent pool.

From what I witnessed, I didnt see anything mean. I saw girls trying to compete to keep position. Sounds like internal whining due to their kid being outplayed.

And that's called gamesmanship and it exists in both genders. Should be discussed and handled as ethics in sports and not as a gender-based flaw. Girls can strive to be good people but they don't have to be "nice" and not "mean".

I don’t know if this is a real question? But girls absolutely talk smack during tryouts. From directly saying “you suck” to loudly criticizing appearances while talking to friends/teammates. Girls are mean, not Arlington specifically.
