I would love to work with others to advocate for better supports at local schools especially as they get rid of ELC and cohorting. Thank goodness MCPS has a staffing policy that identifies schools/class cohorts with populations of more heterogeneous ability, regardless of economic status, and assigns additional staff there to allow for the differentiation needed to provide equitable experiences across schools to students of similar abilities.
