They still struggle with people camping out in the stores, occupying tables for hours while they "WFH". Until they enforce some turnover, people who might like to stop in and stay while they finish an order oftentimes have nowhere to sit.

With my daughter and her friend’s, Starbucks has been out for a couple years and bubble tea/boba is in.
Starbucks, you had a good run, but corporate greed and consumer trends got the best of you. Funny thing, while I never go to Starbucks, I actually like their drip coffee…burnt notes and all.

It adds up. It’s not just starbucks. It’s $40 a week of Starbucks and $30 for Sunday brunch and $70 for a night out with friends and $40 for every streaming service you want and don’t actually need and….it all adds up. Cutting back on Starbucks is a step towards cutting back and it makes sense. Just make coffee at home. Insanely cheaper.

Firing thousands of employees and deleting half the menu. For that he’s paid a zillion dollars and gets to commute to work on a private jet from his SoCal oceanfront mansion.
Starbucks is McDonald’s at this point. Nothing premium about it at all. The baristas aren’t even clean cut and nice anymore. They’re weird and miserable.
