But I can place blame on parents who don't vaccinate by choice thereby leaving other children vulnerable due to low herd immunity.

He’s 71 and his youngest child is almost 30. These “kids” were vaccinated a very long time ago. He probably was less nutty back then. No way he’d do it today.
