Achilles FC U16 & U19 placed in Top 25 at most recent MLSFest. How did your club place? Still waiting.

Odd flex.

Odd flex? Pay attention. Look a few posts back where our resident clown says every team that plays Achilles FC gets +3.

I've got nothing against Achilles but their u16s are 2-7-4 and U19s 0-10-3. It was wild that you were bragging "B-B-BUT THEY'RE TOP25"... in a showcase.

Look it up.

All you do is crap on this team. Been doing it for a couple of years now. So here’s the reality:

For whatever reason your kid didn’t make the team or tapped out after some period of time tight around the time the 2011’s started MLSNext at U-13. Since that time you’re made it your mission to sh*t on teams and the coaches.

Take a long look in the mirror and if there’s someone you want to point a finger at, it’s the person looking back at you.

Get some help. You are pathetic.

U16 MLS power ranking: 9th out of 13.
U19 MLS power ranking: 12th out of 12.
u16s 4-8-4 and U19s 2-10-4.

Oh yea, and TOP25 IN MLSN FLEX!

What I love the most is knowing this eats you from the inside out; you are powerless.

What I love the most is that I'm not the original guy you argue with, I post stuff to see you get worked up. You are hilarious.

Yes you are. Scouring 12 & 13 YO W/L records…you are an absolute sc*m bag.

Sorry friend, that wasn't me. Hilarious.

How.about the fight that broke out during an Achilles MLS Next U16 game last fall? And the behavior.of the parents? And the disciplinary action against the coach?

What about . . . .the last rhetorical bullet for the beaten. Seriously. Let it go. Congrats, Mati. And congrats Achilles.

Yeah, I didn't think you would want to talk about the fight. Doesn't fit your narrative. Time to move on.

It's wild that you leave out the league games and/or don't know how to read the standings. Tells me you have no connection with MLS Next.

u16s 4-8-4 and U19s 2-10-4. You're right, MUCH better now.

So . . . . 8 and 6 teams, respectively, didn't get an automatic 3 points in a game against Achilles, which was the statement. That's a pretty horrible misstatement of facts.

The beginning point of this thread, and what it should have remained, was to celebrate the accomplishments of an extremely hard working and great kid. Congrats, Mati. And it's disheartening, but not unexpected, that a couple people who have animus toward Sal would immediately jump on here to criticize Achilles. As much as it may hurt you to admit, they did a great job with Mati and have a quantifiably good record of developing players (as noted above). The success of their players is not an accident. But they don't win . . . . But they yell . . . . But, whatever . . . Doesn't change the facts. And your bad experience doesn't change the fact that high level kids, and their parents, choose to train and play with them. So, also congrats to Achilles.

Propaganda
Except the part that this kid did exceptionally well, despite the toxic club environment

Keep at it, warrior. If your son worked as hard at soccer as you do at this, maybe he would be invited to the national camp.

Maybe just invited to play on the team. That’s where I think this starts and ends.
