This. For a voucher I'd probably pass. For a credit or cash I'd be off the plane as fast as humanly possible.

What is the difference between a certificate and a voucher? Are there blackout dates?

Nothing. Those are the same and yes there are lots of restrictions. A CREDIT is basically cash similar to a gift card. You go through the booking process and use the credit instead of a credit card.
