MYS knows mistakes have been made in the last several years. Reputation has gone down for several reasons some within their control some outside their control. Leadership looking for a hard reboot. Not about which league is better but how MYS can have their independence back. Small club with great legacy. Hired new TD last year after FVU started and now have added pathways for players thru MLSN and GA. Can’t begrudge them for trying to improve.

An all girls club is past due. How many of these male "technical directors" could even name three players on the girls side of every age group, and for any of these clubs, within the same age grouping, do the boys and the girls play the same style and do the same training?
