Per WaPo, they’ve removed people at Ed and DOE simply for attending a required diversity training. Or for administering tribal grant programs. I certainly hope someone is challenging those actions.

Haven’t literally nearly all employees everywhere had to attend diversity training…this stuff goes back 20 years now.

Privacy Act Officer which is my role and perhaps those positions that are mandated; laws, Acts.
