Silicone implants have changed VERY little over the years. The gummy ones are associated with a type of cancer and all types are associated with chronic fatigue syndrome. They obscure mammograms, and capsular contracture, which makes them hard, is a very common side effect.
I’d love bigger boobs but it’s just not worth it.

If you cannot see how a list of things she suggested was hateful, you are blind. She was not suggesting ways for him to improve. She said whatever she could to insult his appearance, the essence of hatefulness.

Personally, I would never undergo major surgery (that conest with serious risks, and interferes with the effectiveness of future breast cancer screening) to stave off normal aging.
I feel fortunate that my self worth is not too heavily based upon my appearance.
She did ask him. That’s the post of her OP. Did you read it?
Horrible implants look horrible. I've seen a few stunning looking implants that were worth every penny she paid. You don't even know when you've seen implants often times. I was a bit surprised he didn’t say no or “you don’t need that” or “you look beautiful, please don’t”. I think I would be happier with a breast augmentation, but I would have probably been okay without it. Now I feel like I should pursue the procedure, because maybe my husband thinks my figure could look better too.
What would you do?
