Ding ding ding!!
I’ve been married 16 years and in a relationship with my husband for over 20. Crushes develop and attraction to somebody happens on its own but flirting is a choice to start something and that’s the line. It’s time to back away from whoever you are flirting with. Limit contact to what is essential and don’t seek them out. Unfed, crushes will die in a few weeks.
