Funny how the computer systems are almost always set up to automatically charge you money when they make a mistake, instead of not charge you money when they make mistake.

The computer is a tool. The computer isn't in charge.
If you send bogus invoices, the doctor's office, and then cancel them only when someone challenges you, you'd go to jail for fraud. Why it's okay for a corporation to send bogus invoices to you?
You aren't getting paid to fix their mistakes.
