I think you all forget how easy it is to be extremely careful these days with the internet. People don’t even use their real names. Nobody is going to someone’s work/home. Literally unless you knew the person before hand (work, personal life etc) no personal info is shared-ever. Not defending “normal” cheating at all but it is infinitely worse when someone lies about their identity to do so IMO. Leaves the AP in a very compromised situation if there is an accidental pregnancy or any other type of financial burden (car crash for example).

Some people may enjoy the secrecy of AM and other online sites , but to me much of the thrill comes from adding romance and seduction to an interaction your normal everyday life, or meeting someone spontaneously like at the drug store or super market. Also feel like there is a real safety concern with both STDs and violence possible .

I've been back on AShleyMadison in the past year and one thing that has changed from when I used it years ago is the amount of single women on there. It's like half the women are single.
