What is your dose? Do you get sick using it only once per month?

Chik fil A is also rough for me. I took one bite of a sandwich and had to stop. I can manage a salad with grilled chicken but fried foods of all kinds were somewhat problematic for me before meds but are now a challenge. I can get stomach pain from any fried foods. I don't really want them though so it's fine. It's not like I should have them anyway

It's hard to explain but before the meds, I thought about food all the time and really enjoyed it. Now I don't think about it and I definitely enjoy it less but it doesn't really bother you.

I'm on month 9 of compounded tirzepatide. Still have nausea sometimes but I have OTC meds that help that. Sometimes I go to the grocery store and the site of bread makes me feel sick. Other times I'm Ok and enjoy one slice with butter.

I eat whatever I want in smaller quantities and I really enjoy that if I eat a few cookies, I don't have any shame because I know tomorrow I actually will do better. Previously I'd say tomorrow will be a healthy day but it never really was. Now if I say it, I mean it and can actually follow through.

I'm not beating myself up about a holiday cookie anymore. When the holidays are over, I'll lose again. My goal until Jan 1 is to eat what I want and not gain more than one pound through it all and so far that's worked,

No you still eat what you love but much less.

My only side effect as well - lost weight and improved A1C, BP & cholesterol.

Yes. Everyone I know who takes it has no care about food.

It did for me. Not much pleasure out of eating breakfast or lunch. Sometimes a good dinner out tastes good.

I know many people who drank too much and it helped curb that for them. They are in a much healthier place with alcohol. I drink maybe once a month and that hasn't changed for me.
