She’s not a big partier but says there’s enough of a social life to keep her occupied. Her friends don’t go to New London much but love going to Mystic. Her roommate is a dance major and loves it. I’ve never been but hear the campus is lovely.
All these posts not only in this thread should include gender (which yours does), race or ethnicity, geographic location from where student is coming, intended major when applying if required by that college, personality style, extracurricular interests.
OP here: To give a bit more context, DD plans to double major in Environmental Science and Dance. She's artistic, musical, outdoorsy, and somewhat shy but eager to make friends. While she's not a competitive athlete, dance is very athletic, and she appreciates the discipline and focus of other athletes. She's not a partier and she's lived a fairly sheltered life in the dance studio with mostly girls. She's looking forward to meeting boys but has no experience in that arena. She's very liberal but not terribly outspoken. She is not interested in Greek life at all.
