Justice did ok last season. But until very recently, the top rowing program was at TJ.

How are the club programs for a girls coxswain? Any one better than the others? Someone mentioned DC Nations but I haven’t actually seen them win much.

I rowed at a top private school New England crew program in the 1990s (Exeter) and also was recruited and rowed for an Ivy and I never have ever vomited from rowing- even at nationals and interschols. We practiced 5 days per week. After school. And we’re back for dinner and evening study hours or music programs. Regattas on weekends. Winter training was optional and many of my teammates were actually in other winter varsity sports like swimming and waterpolo during the winter. Seeing what crew has become for young students is disturbing. It prohibits well-rounded athletes and young humans. It also encourages overuse injury.
