No way ! You only need 1 pan. With the sides, the lasagna is very filling.

I'd make three pans and expect to have some leftovers. Two seems too skimpy unless all your guests are dieting middle aged ladies.

I'd also do three. At the very least two and a half pans. People saying one must be like that lady here serving her family, including teenage boys, like one drumstick of chicken for dinner.

I'd always rather have too much than for guests to hesitate to serve themselves.
