This is all republican playbook
1. Sketchy polls that show close numbers.
2. Start to circulate claims of fraud in registering and other vote related things
3. Once early voting happens, double down on fraud claims and sow distrust (we are here)
4. Lose
5. Claim the election was stolen and riot
They have to get people to believe it's oh.so.close first. It's not.
Um... every major news source reports the race is neck and neck. Not sure where *you're* getting your news...
Because corporate media needs a horserace. How many times do we have to explain this? Read the Polling thread to learn about herding.

It's easier to just accept that some people have different priorities and values than you.
Name calling isn't fair, Questioning intelligence is because your explanations are not based on facts that correspond with reality.
Not true. People vote based on their daily experiences. DCUM likes to ignore what you're saying and spout statistics.
It's not reality though . Facts are;t just your personal feelings.

Have you shopped at a grocery store lately?

I just don’t understand how this can be a close race and that Trump can win. With his former cabinet members, his staff and his military leadership almost all against him how is he doing so well? If it’s not a cult I don’t know what it is. Like I said, I’m a hard core Republican and not some crazy liberal. We can survive four years of Harris but four years of an unleashed Trump scares the hell out of me.

I don’t get your mindset. We cannot afford trillions more in reckless spending and debt. We cannot afford to continue this crushing inflation and unaffordable housing. We can’t afford to have millions more illegal immigrants enter the country. Four years more of the Biden-Harris administration scares me and tens of millions of other Americans.

It's not just about money. It's about rights. It's about fighting against tyranny. There is much more at stake than finances.

Here is a clue. His 4 years:
low inflation + low interest rates
no new wars
better border security
tax cutes
I think you said it best here. Tax cutes. It was very cute for the richest. For the middle class, we paid a good bit more thanks to Trump and things were only cheap during Covid when there was no demand.
