The last HOS was there for 4 years—1/3 of the existence of the school—and had worked there the previous 7 years.
No, lots of embarrassingly insightful comments. The last HOS was a strange guy, an insecure jerk. Kids and parents didn't respect him. He stayed 4 years too long. None of his successors lasted more than 2 years. Good leadership just hasn't been BASIS' strong suit but at least the new head seems like a step up.
